About The Program

The Jarvis Conservatory celebrates the talent of young musicians by featuring the Napa Valley Youth Symphony Chamber music series. The NVYS Chamber is comprised of some of the valley's most accomplished string performers. Yasushi Ogura, strings coach and Chamber director, develops each program to reflect the talent of these musicians as well as highlight the Jarvis Conservatory's fine acoustics. Included in the long list of Ogura's credits: Concertmaster for every Zarzuela Opera performance at the Jarvis Conservatory and former concertmaster of the Napa Valley Symphony and the Diablo Ballet. We are pleased to have Ogura return home to the Jarvis Conservatory with this very special program.

Celebrate the gift of music every other month with the Napa Youth Chamber Ensemble at the Jarvis Conservatory.
